I am Anna Day, Chief Coach of the Charity CEO and Charity Leaders Network and CEO of Centre for Social Change, a social business that trains and upskills CEO's to lead and develop skills in managing social change, charities and causes. I am twice winner of the Pioneers Post/Natwest most inspiring women in leadership in the UK (2018,2020) and have trained several hundred CEO's. I started this network to democratise access to leadership training, after finding lots of training was not only expensive but *lacked* and seemed to be disconnected to the skills Chief Executives and Charity Leaders need to become extraordinary CEO's. I speak on charity leadership, inclusion and social mobility and regularly talk about my less conventional route into being a CEO. I am a mum, a passionate advocate for social justice, environmental action, and social change at the grandest scale possible.
We are currently in the phase of launching our 'founder members' pilot, launched on 27th January which means that it is FREE to join right now. By joining our community now you will have free access for an entire year, access to CEO workshops, tools, resources and our specialist series of leadership speakers. You will also be able to join a peer community of fellow chief executives and changemakers who are not only are incredible, but really are our inspiration to support. To achieve anything really amazing in this world, being surrounded by incredible peers can help you get there faster.
Joining us now will help us disrupt the leadership industry in the charity sector, which we think has been over priced and not at all accessible. We thank you for joining us on this journey, and would be honoured to watch you grow and develop through everything you learn in this community. We are about helping you succeed. You can trust us on that journey.
Sometimes Chief Executives and Charity Leaders are a bit intimidated by joining a group of peers. Especially when you are a person of colour or female. We want you to know that you are welcome, our community is safe, and we run a tight ship to keep racism out of our community and that no matter where you are on your leadership journey, we are right for you!
